Plants for Life (guided or self guided)

How do you live in an isolated rainforest without shops, doctors, hospitals? You must learn to understand the forest - what tastes good, what cures sickness, what will hurt you and how to build using forest plants. You must learn to ‘discover and understand’.

Many examples of these useful plants are on display in the forest around the Parks Headquarters area. For a better understanding join a one hour guided tour and take the opportunity to try some of the edible plants.
